Description of issue:
The Centre for Environmental Rights (CER) has advised that the draft National Management: Integrated Coastal Management Amendment Bill has been published for public comment. The proposed amendments will have a number of significant implications and all Interested & Affected Parties are encouraged to go to the link below provided by the CER and submit comments before 31st Jan 2012.
